Here is another felt from the same era.   Bronx Scouts would attend Camp Ranachqua. After 1937 all of the borough awards were replace with the TMR Scout Program.<\/p>\n<p>I believe the &#8220;RAA&#8221; stands for Ranachqua Aquatic Aide.
