I had previously posted on Camp Hayden<\/a> and what I believed to be its first patch.\u00c2\u00a0 Either that patch is from a later year (which seems more likely), or there were multiple patches issued.<\/p>\n

Camp Hayden was last run by GNYC in 1974.\u00c2\u00a0 My 30+ year old memory was that it was closed in 1975 and reopened in 1976<\/p>\n

During this time period (mid-1970’s to the early 1980’s) Camp Hayden was leased to Rockland County Council.\u00c2\u00a0 Pictured below is a dated patch from 1976.<\/p>\n
