The main purpose of this blog is to share information about new Ten Mile River Scout Camp issues, the discovery of previously uncatalogued issues, warnings about fakes, spoof, and reproductions and information that may be of interest to other Ten Mile River or Scout Camp Patch Collectors.<\/p>\n
In addition, I plan to use this site to gather information about the “orphan” GNYC Camps. Those no longer in existence, but whose memory lives on in those who camped there and in the memorabilia they issued.<\/p>\n
I would expect them to include Kanes Open, Henry Kaufmann Scout Camp, Sanita Hills and John Rueger Explorer Base.<\/p>\n
