As some of you may know, John Romanovich is spearheading a project to convert Camp Kunatah into a center for Winter Camping at TMR. You can follow the progress at Kunatah Gen2 The New Winter Camp Kunatah. Sixty five years ago, there was another winter camp program at TMR in the Brooklyn camps. Patches were issued for several years, but this is the first and is otherwise undated.
If you look closely at the FDL-like design, you can see the crossed snowshoes and the initials BWC for Brooklyn Winter Camp.
There were different patches issued for several years for Brooklyn which were later replaced by Ten Mile River Winter Camp Patches.
