I recently came across the patch shown below. Issued by Camp Ranachqua in 1999, it displays a harnessed Scout on a climbing wall. It would have been issued by Hudson Valley Council. I had never seen this one before.
Were there other versions issued for other years before or after 1999, or was this the only one issued?
