I’ve seen a few of these over the years, a Ten Mile River Smokey the Bear Neckerchief. I would estimate that it is from the 1980’s. Can anyone confirm the specific year it was issued? [auction-affiliate tool=”lister”]

Continuing its tradition which began in 2004, the Ten Mile River Scout Museum produced a patch which could be earned by all scouts free of charge who visited and completed the Museum program in 2014. This year’s Historian patch had a white border and used the Indian Cliff’s logo at sunset.
