I recently picked up an oddity from Henry Kaufmann Scout Camp.  Issued for the Bicentennial, it appears to be silk-screened on a light piece of canvas, perhaps to be ironed on to a neckerchief. 1984 Ten Mile River Patch

by @ Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009. Filed under Ten Mile River - Modern

While this patch does not contain the words Ten Mile River Scout Camps or TMR it was sold in the camp trading posts in 1984. So call it a TMR Patch or a  Council Patch, but that is where it was offered for sale. Thanks to Douglas Chin for the photo.
