I recently acquired a leather TMR neckerchief slide from 1974, Siesta Merit Badge.  While I was on staff in Family Camp that year I don’t have a specific memory of the issue.  I’ve seen these over the years, but only recently picked one up.

I understand it was an official issue and used at least in Camp Kunatah.  Can anyone provide details on the requirements or how it was earned?  My assumption is it would be for that period after lunch, circa 1:00 PM until program areas reopened at 2:00 PM.
