There were at least two Camp Rotary’s in NYS. One in Cayuga County Council and the other in Uncle Sam Council (now part of Twin Rivers Council).
The patch below is from Uncle Sam Council which existed from 1947-1963 when it became part of Fort Orange-Uncle Sam Council.
Can anyone confirm when this patch was used? Not sure if it qualifies as pre-1960?
