During the 80th Anniversary celebration, the TMR museum a number of Scouting items were donated to the museum. After the great response I had last night I thought I would try another.
I am trying to find more information on the item pictured below. As you can see, it is a small round approximately 52mm in diameter and reads Scouter Basic Training.
Does anyone know when it was issued, by whom, and an approximate value?
